Orhan Pamuk (1952 – )
(i) Ferit Orhan Pamuk (generally known simply as Orhan Pamuk; born 7 June 1952) is a Turkish novelist, screenwriter, academic and recipient of the 2006 Nobel Prize in Literature.
(ii) তিনি তুরস্কের ইতিহাসে প্রথম নোবেল বিজয়ী বিখ্যাত ঔপন্যাসিক। ২০০৬ সালে সাহিত্যে নোবেল পুরস্কার লাভ করেন। যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের কলম্বিয়া বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রফেসর এবং তার সাহিত্যকর্ম ৬৩টিরও বেশি ভাষার অনূদিত হয়েছে।
